For the best taste and quality, we’ve taken 100% agave blanco (silver) tequila for its robust flavour and combined with Cointreau for its smoothness and flavour of pure oranges. This mix is just perfect for a cocktail that relies heavily on citrus, striking all of the right keys.
It hits the ideal balance on your palate: sweet, savoury, a little tart, with a salty finish that cuts the sugar and gives each sip a little kick. There’s no denying this drink is the perfect thirst-quencher on a hot day.
Using a lime wedge, moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass and lightly coat the rim in salt. Serve straight up in a martini or coupe glass, or pour over ice in a rocks glass if you prefer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
